It’s a good time to take stock of your New Year’s resolutions and see how far you’ve come. If you — like so many others — resolved to exercise more this year but have trouble adopting a new fitness regime, fret not. The GARMIN® Sports Sessions is on hand to help you.

Offered by the Singapore Sports Hub, the GARMIN® Sports Sessions comprises free exercises led by certified and trained instructors. Designed to provide holistic fitness, the programme offers daily FREE workouts that meet different goals. Those who desire greater flexibility can sweat it out at a yoga class while those who prefer to dance to the latest pop tunes will find Zumba or Cardio Blast a better fit. Fitness enthusiasts who like workouts of every sort will also be pleased to know that there’s no cap on the number of times a person can attend the free classes.

Meet your fitness goals by attending different classes every day. Join us for a mix of conditioning, strengthening and flexibility exercises to maintain fitness.

As part of the continual assessment of risks at our various facilities, we have implemented additional precautionary measures, in line with government advisories and guidelines, to ensure a safe environment for the public to keep fit and stay healthy.
